The Dr Foster sponsored, ‘The Intelligent Board 2009: Commissioning to reduce inequalities’ report is due to be launched at the Confederation's reception on Wednesday 10th of June. The report is sure to raise questions and provoke debate around how Primary Care Trust boards are working to reduce inequalities in their communities. The Intelligent Board series is part of Dr Foster’s thought leadership programme.
Other items include Dr Foster Chair, Tim Kelsey speaking about strategies for effective engagement. Tim will focus on the need for a strategic approach, opportunities and challenges for NHS organisations and how NHS organisations can transform their relationships with local communities and individual patients.
