Tim Kelsey and the Homerton Foundation Trust win Health Investor awards 7 July 2008
Tim was commended for his visionary approach to improving information use throughout the NHS, and the Homerton was recognised for its successful patient engagement programme.
The Homerton used Dr Foster Intelligence’s Patient Experience Tracker (PET) handsets to provide easy-to-use feedback, giving access to all patients and immediate feedback to staff, without increasing the administrative workload within the Trust.
