Reputation audit

Reputation audit tells you what patients, GPs and other stakeholders think and say about you. It tells you what you can do to increase your appeal by identifying your weaknesses. It gives local people an opportunity to influence your future direction, and it helps to make sure your strategic planning, communications and relationship management takes into account those opinions. A reputation audit can do all or some of the following:

  • Audit existing marketing and communications activities to make sure our work adds value
  • Analyse hospital admissions data to identify where you have especially strong or weak referral patterns as compared to competitors
  • Use sophisticated modelling techniques to identify unusual or unexpected referral patterns that may need tackling
  • Qualitative research to scope out views and experiences
  • Quantitative surveys to find out how many people hold particular views and how much support there is locally for future plans
  • Create action plans to make sure outcomes influence decision making
