Helping deliver effective, efficient and accessible mental health services

Dr Foster Intelligence is developing a range of products and services designed to provide high quality information for mental health clinicians and managers. The information management tools will:

• Assist clinicians and managers in providing high quality, efficient and valuable services at service and practitioner levels
• Assist commissioners in evaluating the services they are receiving, which also highlights opportunities for improvement – at client, service, neighbourhood and population levels
• Draw attention of boards and managers to areas of clinical, financial and human resource risk and opportunity
• Allow health care trusts to look at a range of non-health influencers on their business and estimate and track their impact
• Enable trusts to benchmark the quality and efficiency of their services against other mental health providers
