The lightweight, handheld devices are easy to use and it takes less than a minute to answer the five multiple choice questions.

All you need to do is to place the device and the publicity posters in a convenient place for patients to use once they have visited your surgery.

Everything else in terms of the analysis is done for you:

• The data gathered is uploaded automatically each night
• The analysis and reporting is done for you and emailed to you on a weekly basis
