Patient Experience Tracker (PET)

PET can be used by GP practices or other organisations delivering patient care to electronically capture the patient's experience of their service on a daily or even hourly basis. This information can then be benchmarked against chosen parameters. The system can also be used to capture and analyse employee or staff satisfaction levels and identify issues for organisational development and improvement.

The system provides a simple, practical and robust way of rapidly and frequently capturing and analysing results from large numbers of users, without the need for paper-based questionnaires and analytical resources.

Data stored on a central server
