Dr Marc Farr joined Dr Foster Intelligence in 2004 where he is now Head of Product Development responsible for the design and delivery of a range of management information tools now used across the NHS. Previous to joining Dr Foster Marc was Head of Public Sector Consultancy at Experian Ltd where he worked for 10 years. With a PhD from Lancaster University, Marc is now Honorary Professor of Geomatic Engineering at UCL, based in the Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis. His research interests are in geodemographics, GIS and the analysis of inequalities between social class in access and outcomes in the UK health sector.

Marc writes a regular column in the Health Service Journal and is a regular contributor to articles on radio, TV and press.
